Hotel Grand Pacific is a beautiful hotel, located right in the inner harbor of Victoria, BC. They have an enviable combination of ideal location – steps from the provincial legislature, convention center and all that downtown Victoria has to offer – and 300+ rooms to accommodate a mix of leisure and business travelers.

Their website needed to cater to leisure, corporate and government travelers, as well as being fully accessible to those less tech-savvy. Given their location, size, and amenities, they’re in a competitive market. Hotel Grand Pacific need a website that welcomes new and repeat guests, that is easy to navigate on any device, and easy to manage on the back end.

The Challenge

Like many hotels in the last few years, the team at Hotel Grand Pacific need to wear a lot of hats. Kristine Lerch, their Director of Sales & Marketing, knew they needed to revamp and reimagine the website. But the reality was, they just never had the time to do it.

Their existing website needed a refresh, so they turned to Leonardo, their longtime partner, to give them a complete digital presence makeover.
